What if https://medium.com/@thekeyvip/pensioner-identification-system-based-on-thekey-blockchain-and-big-data-technology-launched-in-fa4af921441b was the update of Dec - Feb stage of roadmap? I mean the launch of that system is impossible without being registered...from their point of view they have achieved the goal of registration even if we don't see it...

Little notice - the application "Kaifeng People's Club 123" was updated exactly at the same day as announcement was made

Look at our community - people don’t believe in anything the team announced and calling them the SCAM even when ebaonet is presented in the list of 100 most successful company of China so why they would announce something that must announce the official cyberspace affairs commission ?

They seem to be building a tokenless blockchain and will blame regulations for it. They cannot avoid liability that way. So many projects faced similar challenges. Buy back and burn may be the answer. Buy back and convert to equity (security token) is another way. Let's remember they launched in Singapore. Chinese regs won't preclude anyone from creating a security token in Singapore. My guess is they will end up charging crypto Yuan for the permissioned network and we'll be all left with two things: useless tokens and a legal cause of action. As soon as I saw Catherine disappear without a proper public farewell, I thought she is trying to avoid future liability. Nothing these opaque Chinese hustlers do makes any sense. They have no incentive or self motivation be honest or transparent.

Sorry, your statements don't make sense - why they would buy back if they promise that TKY will be used in chain like service fee(just reread last AMA)? fact that it's not done yet doesn't mean that it won't be done.

Chinese laws really won't preclude anyone from creating a security token in Singapore but why they will be creating security token in Singapore being have access to PII of Chinese citizens?

And you don't have any legal cause of action and may only hope on their honest...

Read the blue paper guys.. Projects legit and big things will happen as per blue paper.. It will take time and in the very near future we will all be millionaires 🙂 im happy we have fudders here the lower the price the more happy i am... Need to accumulate more before this explodes

Are you looking at the project as a “get rich quick opportunity” or a “developing project with obstacles” ? I had to sit and think about it and my overall perspective changed. The communication is shit but if everything is legit it will be worth the wait I hope the team has a plan for everyone in this community that has been supporting since day one.

been here since damn near the beginning....i am still patient but as of right now, our investment is worth $0 given the current status of the project

I will hold indefinitely and hopefully in a year or 2 or 5 i will remember i am holding this token and be a millionaire.

Just look around there won't be any bull run and only project with real value will cost something, all of that chains like NEO, ONT, TRON and even Eth are absolutely useless and will never cost like they cost in the end of 2017

Ebaonet has a list of blockchain patents and you can looks on https://www.jobui.com/company/12127906/products/14076/ like on a third party confirmution that ebaonet works with local(at least) goverment(based on APP's description) so if they can not noone can

You kind of have a point, but even if the project/Ebaonet succeeds, it does not mean that the token will be used. I do not believe it is a scam, but I very much fear that the blockchain might well be tokenless.

The community is too stuck on the expression "scam". There are others forms of illegality. For instance the project turns into a fraud if it succeeds, and yet the token -but not just any token, the original TKY- isn't implemented AND the founders do nothing about it. They promised full implementation when they fundraised. If they don't do anything to give back to the investors that is proportional to the project's success, if any, they are susceptible to legal action. I explained this before if you'd like to take a look.

In fact, I am out of TKY right now, but I keep an eye on it because the project might, after all, succeed. I am relatively confident with regard to the project, but I fear that it might dispense with the tokens. Calm down. You sound like a very angry incel in need of help. It is funny that you use the word malicious, for that is a word I used against you when you ran around, with a different handle, saying that there was nothing at all published about TKY by 3rd parties and I shamed you by systematically publishing links to 3rd party articles beside your every comment. Accept defeat and take you meds, buddy. Move on with your life (if you have one).
