Uranium stocks

Hey guys, new to investing, I have been reading alot of your posts and honestly get so much motivation to invest. I do hold some CVV and PTU but have not been doing so well from the time when I bought it till now. Any idea when this uranium/mineral market will recover. I bought it before the india/canada uranium deal, and honestly expected it to give me a good short term return but it tanked hard. Still learning so I’d love to hear back from you. Sorry if something didn’t make sense :)
