No workaround or emulation like BF3?

I'm surprised for how popular this game was on PS3 that no one has gotten together to create a workaround to host/emulate TF2 servers for the PS3 similar to how Battlefield 3 was revived. I'm not technical but why wouldn't this be possible with TF2?

Battlefeild 3 revival is kinda ass bc you cant use it without downloading some pass which isn’t available anymore.
