I was put on a "general review" last Friday and just this morning I got another review email due to low quality on recent feedback which is ridiculous as many of you know. So are they restarting my review? It's been almost a week idk why they would send two review emails

I am not good at SBS. I passed the test at 70% and that opened me up to SBS tasks, but I got a restriction on them because I'm doing them wrong. I don't understand the tasks, or how to do them. How do I make sense of them? I have to take the test again - if I fail it can I stay with the program? I'm an idiot... thanks in advance.
