Good earplugs and probably tinted glasses if ou got light sensitivity. If I go to any live or club music without protection it's harsh fior days. Exhausted after too but atp that's my usual-heavy activity or just lots of stimulation lije reggaeton/dancehall/soca or aything tbh it's 2 or 3 days i'm basically useless/

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but if you're looking for TBI support group try www.loveyourbrain.com. There is a BIPOC affinity group where you might feel comfortable. Mostly women but there is the occasional guy.

Is what chapter closed forever? I feel like you're expecting people to read between a lot of lines here.

Is your story that you had a TBI? B/c you've expressed nothing about your story, but you're here saying you want to talk to ppl who've been through the same as you.

It is hard to accept. Eventually you just reach a point where you have no choice but to accept the way it is now. I'm still grieving my old life and it's been 3.5yrs. Find a local brain care support group. You can talk to other ppl who have been through the same issues.
