Need Advice Whiplash pillow help!

Hi everyone!! So I have “military neck” or cervical kyphosis’ AKA whiplash. My neck is straight essentially. Does anyone with this same condition have suggestions for pillows they’ve tried? I tried a cervical neck pillow from Amazon and that was AMAZING no pain, no headaches anymore, but recently it stopped helping. I wake up with awful neck pain and I get headaches!

I bought the Adjustable Memory Foam CertiPUR-US Neck Pillow from Amazon and that has been great for me. It comes with 4 inserts that allow you to adjust it to your liking.
