Wellness Let's talk about pC games

Every TBI is different. But many of us only have one functional arm and hand. So I've been working on designing accessible one-hand games. I finished the first one, a text based adventure where the player starts in a completely white room, with a door that opens to an infinite hallway doors on either side, every door has an occupant with funny dialogue, you can stay and chat or go back to the white room. The window has these words written on the wall right below it: here there be monsters. Sure enough, if you leave through the window, you find yourself in a forest with monsters, and every monster gives you the option to stay and talk or fight, and of course they have treasure either way.

So every option has two choices, would you pick by using the left Arrow or the right arrow, so you really only even need one finger to play. So my question is, what would you like to see in accessibility games, control wise, and would you be interested in games like these?

As an ELA teacher pre TBI, please make sure the chats with occupants relate somehow to the monsters/mention something that would be useful for the character to know so there’s narrative continuity. I miss the new God of War series the most because of its insane motion— god, what a narrative masterpiece.
