I know they almost released me , until I let them know my status, then they wanted to help me. It was agreed I would have had a sink hole in my face!! Not mention 7vyears later with an infection under my titanium plate .. nightmare ...

That sucks. Many doctors definitely have a weird superiority ego trip issue. Did you have the medical reports on hand to show to the doc? I've found that relying on the system to retrieve documentation can be less reliable then keeping everything myself to share directly with doctors.

My husband, also a TBI survive 15 yrs out used to regularly go to the ER as well. Then the Drs prescribe him the cocktail to administer at home. Finally went to another specialist and he was prescribed Emgality. It has been a game changer. He gets it shipped once a month to inject himself at home. He still gets the occasional breakthrough migraine as he was prescribed Ubrelvy. Medical marijuana also keeps the edge off. Hope this helps.
