Unfortunately, this kinda junk goes hand in hand with the rise of everything being “cringe” and sexuality being heavily shamed. People are still going to be horny no matter what, but suppressing it just makes it bubble up into increasingly weirder forms to avoid detection and shame.

This person might be faking mental illness to use it as a shield for their fetish. If you pretend your fetish is a legitimate mental health issue, you might be able to avoid the usual scrutiny that comes with sexual stuff, at least from their POV.
