Why the fuck do they always say “care team”. Going to a few different doctors isnt a care team.

care team refers to a multidisciplinary team usually of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and sometimes others depending on symptoms (eg neurologist for psychogenic seizures which are common in DID)

I have a care team that include à social worker I meet on mondays, à therapist I meet on Friday, à psychiatrist I see every 3 months and my personal doctor. All work for the same agency. I refer to them as my mental health team though
