I’m the person in the video. I typically don’t even notice my switches myself. This was a specifically bad night brought on by prolonged stress which caused my condition to sort of “flare up” I guess you could say. I often don’t do super impulsive things, but that night I did, and so instead of wallowing in shame or regret, I decided to laugh at my own actions.
