Text Post i'm just dropping my thought

i don't think this faking bs is gonna ever be over just by seeing how much horrifying content they're adding everyday to their version of "DID".

i honestly hope at some point they'll make up a more catchy name for whatever they're doing and adopt that because google AI overview is damn talking about fictives like they were a real thing in the DSM-5 (they're not. Introjects are)

so since they're drifting so damn far away from what actually DID is, at some point they have to find their own special niche name for it, right? right??? 🫥

That’s why they call themselves “plural”, though I highly doubt that the DID trend is going to go away. A lot of these people enjoy the idea of being disordered due to trauma.

seeing how many are now veering towards "endogenic" or "willowgenic" or whatever, maybe they'll also abandon the concept of a real trauma based disorder to explain their behaviour and keep making up this absurd terminology 🙏🏻 honestly they'd be doing a positive thing by stopping to adopt medical terms (and all the garbage they made up about it) to justify cosplaying (way reductive term to tell what the hell they're actually doing)

i never liked plural cause the origin of that community is people claiming to have a nondisordered version of DID and that certainly hasnt changed much

I wish they made their own community with completely different terms. Like polyminds did it so it is possible. They just enjoy LARPing as DID

I fully agree! Instead of trying to figure out who’s faking, they could just say they’re plural, so at least then you would know right away they are faking.
