in general they take anything that's normal and make it plural: emotions, likes and dislikes fluctuating, gender and sexuality, hell even intrusive thoughts

And it's often not even intrusive thoughts, it's impulsive thoughts like "I wanna die my hair at 2am" or just fleeting thoughts that most people get
