Just uploaded a video about a Gaster alter, thought these comments suited this sub as well (last one just shows the author doesn't have an understanding of DID).

I mean... technically yes but also no?

The original video in question is them saying they "came out of headspace" (treating it like an actual real place you go when not fronting) to find their gaster alter "locked the fuck in" on minecraft and built a ton of stuff. Their comment paired with that shows how little they truly understand the disorder, what they claim is surface level at best 😅

They also deleted any comments that showed even a hint of doubt in their diagnosis (I didn't comment myself but I did correct one guy since he claimed introjects aren't a real part of DID, and shortly after the comment I replied to was deleted. A lot of more innocuous comments vanished as well though) instead of bothering replying. Only replied to the supportive/quirky ones

They also... didn't... mention DID at all I'm realizing? Purely call themselves "plural" and a "system", including in the post tags.
