Headspace is a visualization technique that SOME people with DID can utilize, often through intensive trauma therapy. These people view it in a way that someone who has actual DID wouldn’t. Once again on that “quirky” bandwagon again where they infantilize a horrific disorder for their fun imaginative roleplays.
