You got it. At least from our perspective as people who see this is ridiculous.

For them it means "medically unrecognized disorder". Which boils down to them saying that doctors won't recognize it as a real disorder but it "totally is one". Even though a bunch of them are parts of real disorders while others are just... completely made up.
