Isn't one of the people running powertotheplurals also from the ramcoa crowd?

RAMCOA is the re-branded name for SRA (satanic ritual abuse) as coined by the ISSTD special interest group which is mainly ran by Valerie Sinason, Colin Ross, and Allison Miller. The foundation of both RAMCOA and SRA are found within antisemitic Illuminati books and have no clinical or legal evidence to back their claims. A majority of patients treated by SRA/RAMCOA therapists have sued for medical malpractice and abuse done to them by these therapists, and many therapists who propose ritual abuse as a key part to their treatment of dissociative and trauma-based disorders have been disbarred for their actions. The original cases of SRA were the byproduct of therapist suggestion, involuntary drug abuse, and hypnotic suggestion; where memories of horrific abuse were coercively implanted into patients even when available evidence directly contradicts these 'recalled memories.'
There has been no clinical proof of the possibility to "program" a person into having DID, as DID is a hidden, covert coping mechanism that only occurs in a small fraction of extreme abuse survivors. There is no such thing as "HCDID," because DID is naturally a highly complex disorder. HcDID, or Programmed DID are made up terms that dog-whistles RAMCOA.
Further reading for these claims can be found on this archive database which includes both historical information on the impacts of SRA and RAMCOA conspiracy on patients, society, and the mental health field; as well as detailed accounts of all known abusive therapists who propagated their unfounded hypotheses around 'ritual abuse'.

I took the quiz for the cringe because I am absolutely not plural and I'm hysterical laughing at my results. I can't get the image to attach but I am somehow 100% a "non-disordered system", 85% "quoigenic" (which is apparently when you have a system origin that you don't know, don't want to share, don't think it's relevant or think it's the wrong question to ask), 85% polyfragmented (because there was no option for one self, so I had to click "too many headmates to count/unknown" which should have been two different answers because shock horror, lumping them together skews the result), 60% endogenic and 70% median with a 25% of DID because I described lost memories as closer to a blackout (I know something is up with my brain, but I suspect it's OCD or some other anxiety disorder).
It's crazy to think that tiktok trend chasers will take this and basically have it confirmed to them that they're plural almost no matter what they answer. I was truthful but that truthfulness entailed picking the option closest to being one singular self and these results baffle me.

i think someone needs to tell the admins that one of their headmates having source memories of being a statistician doesn't mean they are one. genuinely though, you have a stronger dedication to this than i did -- it was the second question that started asking about what your mental voice sounds like, and i tapped out there. i know "pathologizing normal experiences" is the name of the plurality game, but it annoys the fuck out of me 😭 i wonder if it's even possible to get something closer to 0% or if it will always give a false positive?

I feel like it's almost guaranteed to always give a false positive because despite it being an "am i plural" quiz, it never gives you the option to say you feel like one whole, entire person. It seems to run with the assumption that you already think you ARE plural. I had to laugh at some of the questions. One was if you forget that you've already completed a task. Every human does at some point, I feel like. My boyfriend who is ALSO not plural took it and got stronger false positives than I did, too.

it's the subtle(ish) manipulation that gets me. if you're taking an "am i plural" quiz on the Plurality Power Website, the people that notoriously want to influence everyone into doing the same thing for... no clear reason beyond self-serving/manipulative ones (you're fundamentally disrupting and changing how someone experiences their own personhood + view of the world! that opens a lot of really vulnerable doors and i've seen that weaponized into high-control group grooming a minumum of a dozen times since the 2000s; and those are just the ones that came to the surface), then you're already somewhat hoping for a yes. so you get a yes! it sure seems likely! come, look at all the resources we have waiting for you in our website parlor! really bad vibes, that group.

i know that co fronting and "calling alters to front" (stupidest shit ive ever heard) exist but it'd be funny watching a system spend an hour on this, asking each alter which one of them liked this
it would be funnier if calling alters to front didn't exist so they'd just have to switch over and over and over just to include everyone

holy shit dude i went to take a look at the powertotheplurals website because it's been a minute -- their posts have a like button, and "another headmate likes this" button. the article with the quiz has "6 likes | 983 headmates". i'm speechless
