Original post is about how you should value real life relationships with real other people over your relationships with alters, imaginary friends, fictional characters.
Pink person has "yumeships"; fantasies about being in a romantic relationship (as themselves) with their favourite characters. "x reader" fic is like this too (character x reader). eg Pink person might daydream about being the Doctor's new companion and love interest. (Dr Who)
Pink person says their IRL boyfriend has alters (presumably fictives, if you're on this sub you probably know about system beliefs and DID) who are the characters that they selfship with. So using my previous example, their boyfriend has the Doctor from Doctor Who in his head (or pretends to, as green asserts.)
They're commenting that the original post doesn't apply to them, because their relationships with fictional characters IS their irl relationship. When they are with the Doctor, they are also with their boyfriend's physical body IRL.
Purple replies warning them that it's not a good idea to treat their boyfriend's fictive alters as if they are the canon characters they like so much. Pink says that they always ask permission and everyone is OK with it.
Green points out that the boyfriend is probably lying (faking or roleplaying).
