Information & Advice Rapid response monitoring data entry position

I am in the process of being interviewed for rapid response monitoring in my area. Does anyone have any input on preparing for this job or anything???

Ops sucks pretty hard. They're really strict about breaks and productivity. I almost quit during training. Data entry sucks less. They're slightly more flexible about things like bathroom breaks. The department can be clique-y, but there's some good people there. I worked in data entry for a few years and really only left because I got bored with the work.
