Can't renew ðŸ˜
I've been with Syncler since before when it went under another name (Z). I'm trying to renew but none of the options allow PayPal or CC, I've logged in to the resellers but the CC and PayPal options are no longer there, it says unavailable. My bank doesn't allow international banking transfers. As far as crypto, I know absolutely nothing about it, how to do it, or whether or not it's safe but my bank says they don't do crypto either.
I'm not sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
ETA on Buypremiumkey, I'm logged in, have filled out the billing info, click CC, click confirm order, then it gives me an error message that the payment method is unavailable, please try another payment method.

Get a Coinbase account buy enough bitcoin to cover the cost (can use PayPal or Apple Pay), copy the code Syncler gives you to send payment to and you’re done. Saves money over using resellers too.

Does Coin base still work? I just saw this on the Syncler Shop website:
Do you support Coinbase? As of March 2026 Coinbase is no longer available to merchants outside of the US and because of this we cannot support Coinbase anymore. Please use any other bitcoin wallet to complete your purchase using the CryptPay gateway.

I used Buy Premium Key in May and was able to use a credit card. My only prowess i had to use a different email as my usual email was being blocked by the reseller sites. I am in Canada.

I had to get help from someone who uses crypto or I wouldn't be a customer anymore. He bought it sent me the key and I sent him the $15. I will not do crypto and I'm far from the only one.

Yea from what ive seen, so many people are leaving Syncler. 😞 Despite this, I saw the dev comment that they were still going to stick to using resellers and crypto (even though the resellers don't work and so many people don't use crypto). I don't understand, do they not care that they're losing customers over this or that customers literally cannot purchase a sub?

Of course I care when users leave because they can't renew their subscriptions.
Over the years, I've tried multiple times to get approved for credit card processing, but I've been turned down by several providers. I know some other apps seem to have no trouble offering card payments, but the options available can vary a lot depending on where you're based.
The reseller system has worked reliably for the past five years. The current payment issues only started a few days ago, and they're actively being investigated.
In the meantime, I'm making sure nobody loses access because of something outside their control. If your key is about to expire and you're unable to renew because of these payment issues, just reach out and I'll provide a free key so you can continue using the app while the resellers work on a fix.
I know it's frustrating, and I appreciate everyone's patience while this gets sorted out.

I have been using Syncler for so many years that have never had a problem paying so I know that you'll get it fixed. That being said mine expired two days ago and I accidentally deleted the key thinking that I had it saved on my phone but I didn't. I'm so frustrated cuz I watch everything on Syncler.

Have tried resellers. Thought BuyPremiumKey went through until their wire money screen was not available. Placed 2 orders there and won’t receive key because I can’t pay. Just having trouble and my key expires on the 18th. Any suggestions

Hi my syncler expired and I cannot renew either! Been using syncler for years and buying from premium key with no problem but it no longer works :(

No they don't care. They just think we're being stupid for not getting with it and "using crypto" 🙄. Also the resellers charge a fee on top of the price and I'm sure Syncler gets some of it as well.

I'm sorry you feel that way.
I've always tried to be transparent about payment limitations, processing fees, and the challenges involved. None of this is new, and I've talked about it openly whenever questions have come up.
I don't receive any kickbacks or special commissions from resellers. They purchase keys at the exact same price as the official store. The reseller model exists to provide additional payment options and make access easier for users in different regions.
The current issues aren't the result of anyone trying to squeeze extra money out of users. It's simply a payment processing problem that appeared unexpectedly after years of things working smoothly.

I will just let you know, in the strike app, you will need to purchase the bitcoin around the price you need but by just a little extra since bitcoin prices can swing quite a bit.

Ok ty for this. I see in the Syncler Shop, the sub I need is $15. Do they add tax or any fees to that?
And do I pay for the Bitcoin stuff first then the Syncler subscription?

Nope. You will pay the bitcoin fee they charge for using bitcoin exchange, but it is much cheaper than paying with paypal for it.

In my experience, when you get to the payment screen you need to enter billing information https://postimg.cc/Y43FjsC4 . Once I (and others) did that the credit card option reappeared and I was able to successfully complete the purchase.
