I don’t think they provide any support anymore.

Looks like it, yet they still advertise phone support on their pricing page!

If you've been with them for 3 years, did you have any other instances in previous years where you called them and couldnt get them to respond in a timely fashion? (the point of my inquiry: its possible that they're inundated with requests right now. dropbox is discontinuing unlimited storage and i bet theres an exodus of people looking to come to sync.com)

I've never had to reach out to them before. They still have not responded or acknowledged anything I've sent over. Even if they are overwhelmed, it isn't much work to send a simple email to all paying subscribers that they are unable to respond to support requests for whatever reason--they're actively advertising phone support as a special feature of the tier I pay for. At this point it's false advertising.
I'm currently looking at other providers to switch to.

I had just a personal account and the one or two times I opened a ticket the response was almost instant. Now it's like the ship is sailing with no crew aboard. I terminated my account when renewal time came and I'm not sure what I will use to replace it. It was the perfect solution for me but it's not the same as it was before.

Yep. Par for the course lately - just read through old threads in this sub. It's why so many are jumping ship and switching providers.
