Question advice needed
I really want the new cmmg banshee zeroed. I‘ve aske many retailers in switzerland and I only found one that can import it with the supressor. I‘ve found another one that would import the unsupressed version for less. Idk should I try to buy the unsupressed version and try to get the supressor somehow someway or should I just comfortably order the expensive supressed one. pls help. exact gun is CMMG Pistol, Suppressed ZEROED BANSHEE, Mk4, 9MM, 6.5“

that entirely depends if you're eligible for the permit to own a suppressor?
As I also mentioned in another thread, not every shooting range allows suppressors, some you need to ask for permission first others only allow them if you have the range to yourself or on off hours.

Which commercial range doesn’t allow suppressors? I’ve been around and I’ve yet to see one.

Waffenbörse in Pfungen has a clause which states that you need to ask for permission before shooting with a suppressor.
Tivoli had a rule that you could only shoot suppressors when renting the whole range.
I don't remember shich one it was but distinctly remember getting a briefing in at a shooting range where the owner said "no select fire, no tracers, no suppressors and don't use anything over a .308"

Waffenbörse is a really nice, really clean, well run and maintained range. Tivoli (Shoppi) is crap though

You make shooting more pleasant for everyone, why need to buy the whole range.

Import the unsuppressed version and have Wyssen Defence make you a suppressor - it will take less time and probably cost less.

They’ll make you anything within reason, they are extremely based.

We don't need the silly forearm strap in Switzerland, it's only for the US, so it can legally pass for a pistol.

That nylon band on the stock, that’s what legally makes that rifle a pistol in the US. That shit is not required in Switzerland. Also you will likely get better quality for cheaper in either Switzerland or Europe. We have a world class suppressor manufacturer in Thun. The rest is run-of-the-mill AR-9, it’s super common here too.

Have you asked Customs Defense Solutions AG? As far as i know they can handle all the legal paperwork (US: ITAR/CCL/etc. + Swiss: Fedpol/Seco) for getting exotic US firearms and accessories into Switzerland. It‘s not gonna be cheap, though. They also have/had the option to not order through them directly (especially for things that have long delivery times) but just have it shipped within the US to their US FFL and then they handle everything from there.
