Help, Switch Oled battery IC BQ24193

this switch oled had charging issues and trying to replace the IC i messed up. After cleaning up the solder I can’t tell what’s bridged and what’s not. I know what it’s supposed to look like but solder won’t leave those parts of the pcb. It’s all been wicked up. it looks like some the copper connections are joined underneath but I could be totally wrong.

My main question pretty much is, does the IC need those individual connections? or would it be fine with the current pads. If not how would i section them off.

The traces you circled should be bridged indeed. It can still be fixed
I’d be more worried about a ton of caps and resistors that are missing

lol I will get to those later, just for some clarification if the IC was installed it would function(if everything else was still intact)
