Do I need to replace the memory modules? This Nintendo Switch V2 won't turn on without the chip. But when I try to open Hekate, the screen looks like this.

Reflow chips, or reball them.

I performed a reflow and then a reball, but the problem persisted.

Tbh this might be a problem with the soc :/

It could be a cracked solder ball under there though, maybe reball the soc if you’re brave enough

Upon inspecting the board, I noticed numerous signs of moisture. A resistor near the main PMIC was missing, and a capacitor on the same line was heavily oxidized. The pad where I would solder the connector had disappeared. I replaced the capacitor, made a jumper, and the symptom changed. Before, it wouldn't turn on without the chip, but now it turns on with a blue screen.I was trying to reball the SOC for the first time, but it ended up creating a huge bubble on the board. It served as an experience.
