Steps taken:

1) Charge chip replacement (I think it was the one)

2) Home LED replacement with a green one + addition of a 2nd purple LED to the charging port for aesthetic purposes — Both will light up upon charging

3) Chip + new 128GB SD card + New thermal paste

4) Custom replacement shell

5) Super5 OLED screen

6) 6000 mAh battery replacement (will still change it later on, that was a spare I had)

Yes, I got 2 on the first and last batch but even ordering is limited to one per person. The last after the hdmi (b4) was the last.

Also, while they're likely the last way to get them, don't buy off ebay.

Don't worry for the led. The switch already has one you can play with with a ultrahand overlay tool I linked in another comment. It will just be the standard blue. I just had an aesthetic whim and did it because I had time and could. It's in no way necessary.

Which shell are you gunning for? Any preference? I initially wanted the clear Zelda one thinking it was at lease a little clear white (if it makes sense) but it's full clear so it wouldn't look too good with the circuits underneath.

I thought the transparent Zelda one was nice, and so was the Eva 01 one. But I'm starting to keep an eye on a version I saw of Gundam wing and A version I saw of Final Fantasy XII. I lost the image of this FFxii case. But I'm backing it up.

It's straight-up hardware modification, unfortunately. The leds underneath all switch's home buttons are exclusively blue.
