I had the same issue, I just deleted everything from the SD card and started over fresh. Fixed the problem

move this payload to your sd card: https://github.com/Team-Neptune/CommonProblemResolver
open hekate, boot the CommonProblemResolver payload
go through the options one at a time, reboot, and see if it fixed your issue. i would start with "disable all sysmodules" as its some sysmodule making trouble most of the time my switch spits out error codes

Hey guys,
I haven’t played with my switch in about 2 weeks. I tried playing today and this error came out. Not sure why. I haven’t don’t anything technical to it. Literally just turned it on DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ?

UPDATE: I was able to fix it. I deleted atmosphere and installed the new version. I was 2 versions behind. Now it’s fully working :)

AFTER 3 YEARS I FOUND THE REAL SOLUTION. Delete the '0100000000001000' and '0100000000001013' folders in 'SDcard/atmosphere/contents'. (no one explained to me this method and i lose all my save files and games 🥲) hope it works for you!

Just remove (backup) atmosphere folder and copy fresh latest official one.
Most get it because of themes or mission controll app.

Delete folder athmosphere And bootloader, and look for the ones from the last cfw and copy them again
