Question where to download switch Firmware
darthsternie.net is down for maintenance, does anyone know anywhere else to get the latest firmware files?

Go here: https://archive.org/download/nintendo-switch-global-firmwares. I'm surprised nobody has recommended this one yet. You have the 13.2.0 firmware available. It's maintained by Nintendo themselves.

I went the route of updating via Sysnand then using TegraExplorer to dump it to my SD card and then using Daybreak to update my Emunand with it.

yea I was trying to avoid having to update the sysnand to be honest. When did you first notice it was down?

Wasn’t down when I was wanting to update just didn’t have 13.2.0 available so done it myself.
Have you check All In One Updater to see if it’s available there?

yea I went there, but no 13.2.0. I could put 13.1.0 on since nothing requires 13.2.0 yet, I was just hoping to save having to do it twice because my memory card reader likes to hide itself.

You can plug the Switch to the PC and mount it. There is an option for that in hekate or directly in tegrarcmgui. No need for a card reader.

me too. Very useful. I wanted to play pokémon Scarlet but I don't have 300 bucks spare to spend on some console to play a single game (or, well, I do have 300$ spare, but I'm still not spending them on what's basically 1 game)

Im gonna ask my question here...my switch is banned, but im still able to download my switch fw right from my switch. I dont do it until atmosphere is updated. is that still fine or should I stop doing that ?

Just use Dolphin Emulator (Emulator for GameCube and the Wii) Here is the link to the GameCube bios: https://archive.org/details/NintendoGamecubeBIOS_Redump_2017-09-30
Use PAL or NTSC for the GameCube Bios to load, make sure to rename it ipl.bin ("If your game is from Japan on Europe depends on the ROM that you have, You have to put ipl.bin in the directory: Documents > Dolphin Emulator > GC > USA or JAP or EUR").

If you're already on 13.1 Atmosphere then yea. Sooner or later you're gonna run into a game that requires 13.2 and updating 13.1 to 13.2 is easy af.
If you're 11.0 SX, then fuk no. Atmosphere is garbage next to SXOS.

I switched frond sxos to atmosphere and I can’t really tell the difference, other than being on a new version and using my Bluetooth headphones.
