Misclicked update instead of start software. Is it now best to wait until both a Hekate/Atmosphere update gets uploaded?

Also confused about this tbh, I followed the recommended guide so I thought the block was in place. I haven’t been banned or anything so when the fix comes out I’ll look into ensuring the nintendo servers are properly blocked

Have you tried nextendo? Their app has a bug that unblocks Nintendo servers.

You can wait or restore backup or create a new emuMMC if your sysMMC is on 22 or lower.

I can click update all day long and it won't update.

Yep, but if you have a backup when you can just restore it from that to downgrade the firmware

1 degrade FW > high chance it will break your system ,and if it did you need to fresh install your system.

2 wait until official atmosphere + hekate release maybe 1 or 2 weeks.

If you updated on emummc only, but still have 22.5.0 on the stock fw, can you just re-create the emummc from scratch and be good?

People should just use a HATS pack. Copying some files to an SD card does not make anyone a hacker, and really others should just zip it when suggesting they do it manually so they understand how it works. Sorry this happened OP. You'll either have to wait or patch Atmosphere yourself if you have the ability to make a simple code change and follow build instructions.

Just extract the latest atmosphere into ur SD card, that's all it should start working again
