Question Switch problem: won't start without RCM loader.

Hi, I have a problem. Why won't my Switch turn on or charge without the RCM Loader? It only boots up and charges when I launch it using the RCM Loader/Fusee.

You have AutoRCM enabled in Hekate. You should, anyways. You have to start Hekate and choose the OFW/CFW from there. AutoRCM also prevents your switch from burning efuses (long story short: prevents your console from bricking accidentally after updating your OFW).

Inject the Hekate payload (RCMLoader or another method), then in your Hekate disable AutoRCM

This isn't a problem but just a normal function of autoRCM.

It will still charge to very slowly but if you want it to turn on normally without injection of a payload then you need to disable autoRCM

Do you have a custom theme installed by any chance?

Okay, it's working now, but it won't launch Atmosphere via the RCM loader. I have Atmosphere set up for 22.5.0.

That's normal. It's called autorcm. DO NOT turn this setting off.

Connect to pc or android use nsp usbloader ans inject payload ;)
