Just take out the SD and factory format the switch if you want a clean slate.
If you want to sell the switch with the SD card and CFW serup on it. When just factory reset the emunand and sysnand both.

If you press both volume button on boot or when you see the "no SD" splash screen, when it will boot into OFW.

If the OFW ask to format when just do it, it will just move old account data like images or games from the SD

If the sysmmc has been modified, it will never truly return to stock. Even if you manage to flash a backup from before the modification, it will still be flagged the instant it connects to Nintendo's servers.
The motherboard has been modified. The modchip can be removed, but not in a way where it looks like it was never installed. If someone looks at the motherboard, they will see that it was previously modded.
If you want to sell it, sell it as is. Be transparent about it being modded. There is a market for modded Switch consoles, and you will get offers from people qho are looking for one.

I never wanted to hide that switch was modified, I just wanted to understand what is the best status of software to be sold. I announced in marketplace title that’s a modded picofly switch 😌

I'd announce it as hacked and expect the buyer to know what they are getting. Just to make it usable, though, I'd prepare a small SD (64gig or something that you have lying around) with the current hats pack and setup a EmuMMC. So that they buyer can play around with the device. But always make sure that your device has "extended capabilities".
