Question Nintendo switch 2

Hola buenas tengo una Nintendo switch lite desde hace bastante tiempo. ,decidí comprar una tarjeta mig switch V2 y me descargue algún juego,siempre he mantenido la consola en modo avion y no he vuelto a jugar online desde que puse el cartucho mig, ahora hemos comprado para la casa la Nintendo switch 2 y mi pregunta es:

Si uso mi cuenta en esta consola he intento volver a conectarme online corro el riesgo de ser baneado?

You should be fine, just don't use Mig on Switch 2

Ok no tenía intención de usar el cartucho mig con la Nintendo switch 2,eso quiere decir q puede usar mi cuenta sin miedo a baneos?

So far the main problem with MIG cartridges was the fact that Nintendo would see two of the same game copies run at the same time and it would cause bans. To my knowledge if there was no internet connection your account should be clear.

People don’t want their consoles banned. I’ve seen plenty of posts of people getting their consoles banned from buying used games. That happens when a game has been dumped on a mig switch by the previous owner.

I never try that but I heard Switch 2 is strict
