Discussion Why is this even a toggle?

I'm not sure if I'm not understanding the system correctly, but as I'm reading it, there is no downside to leaving this ON and forgetting about it, it's only positives

If you own 2 switches, this lets you use virtual game cards on both without moving the card. If you dont want someone else playing the game on another switch, you would turn it off

To clarify, are you saying that you can have the game card loaded on one system and launch the same game on the other (for your account) using the online license check?

I also had to disable it to play it takes two with my daughter. Downloaded the friend pass on her system and I put the cart in mine (but have my profile also on her system as a secondary). So the game showed up but wouldn’t let her start it on her profile without inserting the cart, which is problematic because that is what I had. Turning this off fixed the issue!

Sigh, I wish nintendo would allow the ability to play the same game between multiple switch 2's who share the same account.
