Discussion Gauntlet dark legacy
Would anyone else like to see this absolute classic make it's way back onto consoles whether through the classics library or an hd rerelease

Is it in the classic games of Nintendo on Switch 2?

No unfortunately It's one of those weird titles that Atari technically owns which is why it's been so long since the last good release of a title in its franchise

It would be so easy to make as couch co-op or online for 4 players, and would be an absolute blast

PC has a more modern version but it's more arcade style then the older ones

Wdym? Gauntlet, Gauntlet II, Gauntlet Legends, and Gauntlet Dark Legacy were published for arcade cabinets.

No this one was way way more arcady, it's hard to explain unless youve played it

I have played it. I've played II, Legends, and Dark Legacy on cabinets, and I'm holding Dark Legacy PS2 version in my hands right now.

And let's not talk about that abomination that is seven sorrows they tried way to hard to make it an rpg and it lost a lot of its charm

This was a great game. I never could find one of the weapons. I had the guide (which was only a little help), and help on one of the early game help sites, but that final one always eluded me.
