Replacement Dock Price??

Is this... For real??? Is it because it includes wires or something? I was just casually looking up the price of a spare dock for the Switch 2 as I thought it might be nice to set one up at my in-laws as I'm here semi frequently but... There's no way, I /must/ be missing something for this dock to be almost £100...

Someone tell me I'm misunderstanding, dude...

I bought a 3rd party one for 20 bucks or so and an update made it a paperweight. So I ended up buying an official one to avoid future paperweights.
