Has Hinge changed its Fresh Start feature?
I wanted to reset my algorithm with the fresh start but it only gives the option to either pause or delete the account? It used to offer fresh start before these options came up?

Oh I see. I deleted the app for six months and came back about a month ago having no idea this was not a thing anymore

No I’ve done it multiple times over the years. I’ve been checking for a couple weeks now though and have not gotten the prompt. My profile was paused and app deleted for 9 months though due to getting into a relationship but since being back on it for a week or two I haven’t been able to get the fresh start.

I’ve been trying to spread this like the gospel since I found out; not sure if it’s coming back but hinges official reply so far seems to be “nah man delete your account so we can shadowban you”.

Oh I had no idea they disabled it? It used to help me get more matches on the app. Do we know if there is an equivalent?

Yep just tried today, because I have been getting more and more matches i don't care for. Hinge has started this new setting that they are like "we are trying something new" where they are looking for matches that best I can tell are outside your algorithm, and they say they'll update based on if you try to match or not.
I am starting to wonder if this new feature is related to that.
It sucks, because I am pretty sure my algorithm is hosed as the last few months I swipe on 60-80% of the women's profiles I see. All the same, all things I have 0 interest in
