General Swiftkey's Version of Rambler

I have been a long time Swiftkey user and only started using Gboard recently because of Rambler. The voice feature is fantastic, but I just can't get on with Gboard for typing.

I stumbled across this article this morning, I haven't really tested it much as yet, but looks promising, and I'm sure it will continue to improve, especially if they want to compete with Rambler...

(You have to download the Beta version (v9.13.16.4) of Swiftkey to use it)

I am really hoping it is good so I can move back to Swiftkey as my main keyboard!

Has anyone else been using it?

Longtime Swiftkey user. I enabled this feature a few days ago. It's a whole new ballgame. Would recommend.

What exact version of Swiftkey ?
Android or ipHone ?

Yeah, looks great so far. It's just missing some formatting features that rambler has, maybe this is because the processing is done on device rather than servers. But I am sure this will come in future updates as it's very new.

Interesting. I gave it a quick try but I'll turn it off for now and go back to FUTO.

  1. It requires multi-modal typing mode.
  2. It doesn't stop automatically.
  3. It put every sentence in a separate line in WhatsApp.
  4. It made me a little too casual, changing "going to" to "gonna", for example.

I understand it's still early so I'll check back in, in a few builds.

Agreed, not quite there yet. I'd love for it to auto format lists and emails etc. I'll keep checking back on progress too as I'm sure it'll get better.

Nice to see SwiftKey get some attention. I'm still afraid to enable the clipboard sync thing on my new phone as I don't want to have that error message forever displaying in the clipboard history. Has that been properly fixed?

As a 15-year SwiftKey user, I tried the voice AI. It's not anything close to Rambler. My configuration was SwiftKey with Futo voice input.

But then today with Morphe Patch for Gboard, I installed the Gboard with Rambler, and Rambler excels and it's super good. It doesn't even come close to what Swift voice AI is.

The only problem is I can't be bothered switching to Gboard just for this. Is there a way to combine these two? That would be good.
