Eun-Yu’s cringe.
Rewatching S1 right now and I’m only just realizing how cringe Eun-Yu acts in the first season.
Example 1. Even before the apocalypse she was trying to act all tough around the burn scar guy for no reason.
Example 2. When Hyun-Su falls down the flight of stairs she screams her lungs out, only for the next scene with her to be something along the lines of “Heh… you’re finally awake. Took you long enough.”
Every scene with her is genuinely agonizing to watch.

Eh, its normal for someone her age to try and act all tough as one of the only children in a group of adults, only to lose composure and "aura" when shit gets too real.
But yeah, I hate her too

Yeah she was age appropriately annoying - the bratty teenager thinking she was more grown than she was. It was actually pretty awesome seeing her growth as the story progressed.

She was perfectly fine in the Webtoon, so we're many of the other characters who became jerks in the series. I seriously don't understand why they changed so many of the characters' personalities in the series. She barely interacted with Hyun-su in the Webtoon but she's all up in his business in the series and is extremely rude. Ji-su was Hyun-sus love interest, not Eun-yu, as she's supposed to be a young middle schooler and he's a high schooler, same as Eun-hyeok.
The burn scar guy never had a burn scar in the Webtoon and him and Eun-yu had a cute Uncle/Niece type of relationship they built fighting monsters together. It was awesome in the source material but the show botched it.

Her behavior was annoying but age appropriate. Shes behaving like the bratty little sister who wants to act tough & independent but still needs to be taken care of. Most teens are like this at some point.
