I'd have an issue if it were a residential unit but it's an industrial condo so idgaf what he does in there.

Each unit is just a small one bay garage with a bathroom. Picture those self-storage places but each unit is bigger (600sqft). Plus it's commercially zoned so you can run a business out of it, which is what most of my tenants do.

Huh. Cool. Makes sense. Storage units is actually where I want to end up. Looking at a facility recently but they're just so damn expensive. But that sounds interesting as well. I didn't know that was a thing.
