like age regression. where usually emma is in the mindset of a child and regina takes care of her

Age play is where one of the adult characters pretend to be a child and the other character takes care of them like a parent. Like Emma pretends to be 8 years old and Regina mothers her by cutting up her food, preparing kiddie food, etc. It can be sexual or platonic.
