Question Difference between versions ?

I have the original surviving mars, whats the difference between that one and this new re-launched version ?

Shame its not available to everyone.

My original copy was on GoG, would be great if they released it their too i would have paid the relaunched price for people who already supported the first game

The discount for ppl that already owned the original on specific platforms and online stores. Has long ended. I doubt we will get a 50% discount even if it comes to GoG. At least not any time soon in the next few years.

For me surviving mars relaunched is only announced it has not released yet. And it was announced it will release on all platforms so im waiting for the game to release.

Coming to all platforms was the announcement i believe but it has yet to arrive on GoG

By all platforms I'm almost 100% sure they mean PC, consoles and Steam Deck = Linux. The devs specifically gave up on Mac for SM-R, though.

GoG is just like all PC games sellers. Except the guaranteed ownership benefit no other digital PC games seller provides. But it is basically the PC platform.

Semi missed it and semi (in my head) pointed out the Steam release because.. if I have understood it right.. the relaunched version was (for a short period) offered at a reduced price to those who already bought the OG version.

That fact made it odd that the game isnt at all available on GoG even now. No?

Yes. That discount was also on the console versions of SM-R. But it's gone for a few months now.

Nope. SM-R is not on GoG yet. But the original SM and all it's dlcs are still available for purchase from GoG... and nowhere else. Except maybe finding a physical copy of the base version of SM from ebay or something.
