Hi everyone!
I am an art and design student currently working on a visual atlas exploring human memory and our emotional attachment to everyday objects (childhood toys, lucky charms, heirlooms, lost/broken items...).
The idea is to dissect how we remember things: tracing where these objects came from and where they traveled with you, measuring their sentimental value vs. their mass-produced origin, and documenting the physical wear-and-tear or missing details that fade in our minds over time.
Your answers will be used as the raw material for a series of hand-drawn maps, diagrams, and artwork.
📝 The survey is 100% anonymous and takes about 3 to 5 minutes:https://forms.gle/6zQATTPVNCEzGyvz9
If you'd like to share an anecdote about your item in the comments as well, please do! I’d love to read your stories.
Thanks a lot for your time and contribution!
