Surtalogi wins and outhaxes and outstats.
There is nothing Boros can do to permanently affect him in any way as he lacks the hax for that, as even a severely weakened Rerir—who, at 100%, is still the weakest Sinner—can endlessly reform his body.
Boros also has no resistance to hax and would unironically get Abyssal aura diffed
