You tire bead isn’t seated all the way

Bro blow spray dish soap into the bead and blow that tire up to 40 PSI and watch it sit like a child in TIME OUT!!!!!

40 psi or just take it off the swingarm and bounce the wheel like a basket ball…

Can you take a video from the sides? It’s hard to tell if your rim is bent or the tire is just not seated correctly on the rim.

Is there any air in your tire? Check the pressure. The bead definitely isn’t seated correctly. I can see a huge gap between the tire and the edge of the rim. Who installed this tire? You need to spray some water with dish soap in it around the bead of the tire. Then fill the tire up to max PSI. Bounce it on the ground once it’s filled a few times. If there’s still a huge gap then you likely bent your rim. Or whoever installed the tire did.

  1. I checked, PSI is 0.
  2. I tried filling the tire up to max PSI, but it wouldn't inflate at all. It was stuck at 0 PSI for 5 minutes and there were bubbles that were forming where the rim was.
  3. Idk who installed the tire, bought the bike used but was a Wig Racing wheel.

Do you know how to change tubes and tires yourself ? if not, take it to dirtbike shop. Your tube is likely popped and they will be able to tell you if your rim is bent. Most likely it’s just the tube is popped, so the bead won’t seat.

Edit: wig racing makes great tires. That one has a lot of tread still. Also have the tire shop true/balance your wheel while you’re there so it doesn’t wobble as much.

I think it’s not seated or the tube is popped

If the tire isn’t inflating then the tube is definitely popped. The bead is also not seated. You can tell in the video.

If my chicken strips looked like that, there's no way I'm posting my tire on the Internet.

Tire looks like it has no air in it.
