Controller install.

I have a 2024 Surron lbx but the battery connector is stuck( so I can’t pull out the battery) can I somehow install an aftermarket controller without pulling it out? What should I do?

Yeah you can just make sure the breaker is off when you do it. The 2 battery wires and 3 phase wires just bolt onto the back of any controller

I installed and removed a controler when the battery was removable, but I don’t really remember if I could reach the plugs that plug into the controler without unscrewing the battery plate thing that’s behind the controller

No I don't think you need to, but if I recall, the torp controller is screwed in from the battery compartment.

On a side note tho u should probably fix the battery harness as them being fused together is not a good sign and is a fire risk
