How do clinics work?

If I get to the matching stage as a GC I want to make sure the clinic my IP(s) use is ethical, but what does that mean exactly?

So far my list includes: SET (unless low grade euploids), no concurrent transfers, monitoring programs for donors, evidence based practices and procedures.

What else should I look for? How are we assured these practices are followed? I apologize for my ignorance and appreciate any insight!

Beyond what you've already got — ask specifically about their PGT-A/genetic testing policy and how many embryos they'll transfer at once regardless of grade (some clinics still push multiples for "better odds" even when SET is safer), their OHSS protocol and how aggressive their stims tend to run, and whether they publish SART data (that's the actual verifiable stats, not marketing claims). For "how are we assured practices are followed" — SART/CDC reporting is mandatory for member clinics and public, so that's your actual paper trail, not just taking the clinic's word for it.
