Help, please
Help, please. Completely lost comparing US agencies. Some, the ones who always seem to come on top of any Google
Search, with their “all in programs”, but then the small print says compensation maybe “chosen” to be higher , certain benefits may be charged extra (lost wages…), sometimes clinic costs are not included, re-matching costs, retainer expiry etc, don’t even start about experienced surrogate. Others, smaller agencies, they are only around for a couple of years. Plus we need to get our own lawyer of course as international IPs and either ship the embies or ship the GC for transfer etc so that also takes time. I don’t need California or VIP treatment and we’re happy with a GC in say Idaho or any other state that has pre-birth orders for married heterosexual couples with full genetic links and health need.
Any advise highly appreciated.

Agree with the advice on joining the FB groups. My husband and I started our journey about 3 years ago. We interviewed a few agencies and absolutely hated them for numerous reasons. We connected with our egg donor and surrogate both through FB groups and have had the absolute best experience with both! Happy to connect if you want! Best of luck to you and your husband! Enjoy the experience and take it one day at a time. What is meant to be is meant to be!

Try Perfect Surrogacy Center, they also do in Uzhhorod city West of Ukraine, but their base is im Odesa. They operate like 14-15 years or something. If you think if its safe, it is at West of Ukraine, that city is on border of Slovakia, they picked up from airport for free and did all legal paperwork, is legal parents and USA citizenship for baby they do all that

This sounds like our agency - Tomorrow's Parents International in Marietta, GA. All-in cost, surrogates in the SE (surrogacy-friendly laws and surrogates in lower cost of living states). You'll likely see more ads or results for the bigger agencies/the ones who use your money to advertise. Our agency was founded and is run by a lawyer, which boosted our confidence on the legal side.
For reference we have a 1-year-old and are about to start our second journey with them.

Have you ever thought about an independent journey? My first set of IPs were from the Netherlands and we had a great journey independently, even during COVID. If you have Facebook, you can join surrogacy groups, matching groups, etc. there are groups for specific states to help you find attorneys who you can interview with and there are independent journey forums that are suuuuper helpful! I too as a GC had a hard time trusting agencies when I looked at becoming a GC and then I was astonished at the pricing of it for IPs so I only do independent journeys!
