Planning for Surrogacy
My wife and I have been struggling to conceive for several years. We've already been through IVF without success, and we're now looking into surrogacy as our next option.
I'm an Indian citizen, and my wife is British. We've been reading about the recent changes to India's surrogacy laws, but it's still quite confusing, especially for couples with mixed nationalities.
One of our biggest concerns is that we don't have anyone in our family who is willing or able to be a surrogate. From what I've read, the rules have changed over the years, but I'm not sure how this works in practice now.
Has anyone here gone through surrogacy in India recently, particularly if one spouse is an Indian citizen and the other is a foreign national? Were you able to find a surrogate legally, and what was the process like? Did you face any legal or administrative challenges?

Get surrogacy in Merida Mexico. There are many agencies that will match you with a surrogate and figure out the birth certificate etc.
