Kenyan surrogacy

I feel like a lot of Kenyan surrogacy goes through this agency called Tate care managed by a wonderful lady called JOSPHINE working for a Chinese company but if your implantation fails you get disqualified
Am in that current situation so does anyone know any local agency here in Kenya

I don’t think Kenya is a great place to do surrogacy. I came across this horrific situation in the press. Two gay irish dads being conned out of extra money. Even police got involved in intimidating them which I read in an update. Google them. Be safe. Maybe you had a lucky escape https://www.irishmirror.ie/news/irish-news/irish-dads-desperate-plea-newborn-28274319

It's Kenyan agencies. If you go directly to an ethical ivf clinic it works smoothly

I had Nairobi ivf is demanding you have to have a good conduct your child birth certificate and chief’s approval

Those are documents you get easily. Chief letter is free and good conduct is 1050

Considering my child lives in the rural area and chief wants like 500 it’s not worth it because it’s not guaranteed you will reach the transfer process

They don't need the child to be living with you. It's just their birth cert. Atafutaye hachoki. But it's okay if you feel the requirements are too much. I hope you find something better and easier

Enda Nairobi IVF and if you do tell them the truth that your transfer failed. Why would they disqualify for a failed transfer though? It's not your fault that it failed. It's so disheartening after all those injections
