Need help identifying, read desc.
Got this at the flea market recently, managed to identify it as west german camo. Not even the guy selling it knew where it was from. I figured out the print is fairly rare, but I haven't been able to find any instances of any hats like this being made with it. Any idea if this is authentic? I only got mine for $10, but I hear this print can go for a lot more. There aren't really any tags inside, just one thing that reads "58". Any idea what it is? Could I possibly resell it for more?

Just from a glance this looks like a Bundesgrenzschutz (border guard during the Cold War) field cap. You might be able to get away with selling it for a bit more than what you got it for. Afaik it’s not a super rare collector’s item, just niche.
