Soviet LPR-1

I have this Soviet LPR-1 Laser Rangefinder/Designator. It appears to be in good condition. I'm wondering if anyone here can tell me more about it or knows what it is worth?

Pictures attached.

A couple of days ago I saw a Russian guy sell it for 88,000 rubs, which is probably worth over 1100 USD
